We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Assistant to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support in all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Provide administrative support for employee onboarding, offboarding, and training programs.
- Process work pass applications and renewals, as well as maintain employee records and files.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as appointment letters and confirmation letters.
- Assist in the annual performance appraisal process and maintain leave and attendance records.
- Liaise with payroll vendors and assist in the review of HR policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by management.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and other statutory requirements.
- Experience with HR software and systems is an advantage.
