Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personalised Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the front-of-house area, including managing meeting room bookings and handling administrative tasks.
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all clients and visitors, ensuring they have an outstanding experience.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and functions, including arranging equipment and amenities.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including visitor information and meeting room bookings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
