- **Operations Leadership**:Oversee and coordinate the operations for handling export and import orders, acting as the main contact for existing customers to increase business opportunities.
- **Process Optimization**:Regularly review and audit procedures to improve efficiency, using in-house system or simplifying processes to address potential risks.
- **Compliance Oversight**:Establish and maintain best practices to reduce risks related to shipment compliance.
- **Regulatory Adherence**:Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations.
- **Budget and Resource Management**:Supervise the budget for the department, making sure resources like facilities, systems, staff, and data are used effectively.
**Requirement**
- **Educational Qualification**:Diploma
- **Communication**:Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
- Able to commit for overtime when needed
