Electrical Services Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Services Manager to oversee a team of coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination activities for a large scale project.

Job Description:

  • Oversight of Electrical coordinators and BIM Modellers in all aspects of design and coordination activities
  • Participation in technical and site meetings with consultants
  • Review of Electrical drawings and collaboration with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and site-related issues

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering recognized by relevant authorities or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience as Electrical Services Manager in large scale projects, Office Building experience is an advantage
  • Experience in supervision of Electrical building services works and in Coordinated Combined Services Models (CCSM) / Structural Electrical Mechanical Drawings (SEM) coordination for projects of similar scale and complexity will be considered
