Job Title: Junior Service Technician
About This Role:
This position involves servicing and repairing material handling equipment, ensuring exceptional customer service to meet customer satisfaction requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyse, diagnose and rectify issues on material handling equipment
- Perform electrical, mechanical and hydraulic repairs on equipment and components
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenances
- Undertake modification and commissioning works
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
- Provide support and guidance to new colleagues
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Proficient in computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license for Van operation
- Customer service oriented
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Automotive
- At least 2 years' experience in technical fields such as MHE, cranes, marine equipment or industrial vehicles
- Ability to work independently
