Job Title: Contract Administrator
Contract Administration, Procurement & Vendor Management
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, contract administration, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services for construction projects.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and Bills of Quantities to ensure accurate quantity take-offs.
- Liaise with project managers and site teams to forecast material requirements and delivery timelines.
- Evaluate supplier quotations and analyze cost breakdowns to ensure best value.
- Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries to meet project schedules.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve supply chain issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and support procurement reporting.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline.
- Min 3 years of purchasing experience in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, specifications, and cost estimation.
- Able to read technical drawings and BOQs confidently.
- Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational abilities.
