**Job Title:** Production Supervisor


Are you a Results-Driven Leader?


We are seeking an exceptional Production Supervisor to lead our steel fabrication line. As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in construction or manufacturing management, with a proven track record of leading teams and improving processes.


About the Role:


In this key position, you will oversee daily factory operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring fabrication schedules, working closely with other teams to achieve smooth handovers.


Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:


  • Planning and coordinating fabrication schedules
  • Overseeing daily factory operations
  • Leading teams to achieve consistent output
  • Ensuring quality and safety standards are met
  • Improving processes and systems to increase efficiency

What We Are Looking For:


To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Civil, or related Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in construction or steel fabrication management
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to coordinate with site operations
  • Strong grasp of fabrication drawings, welding processes, and QC

Nice to Have:
