Flash Coffee is a leading tech-enabled coffee chain in Asia, committed to making high-quality coffee accessible to the region's rising middle class. As a Barista (Full-Time), you will be part of a dynamic team that serves up an award-winning coffee menu curated by World Barista Champions at affordable prices.

Our customers can use the Flash Coffee app to order and pay online, choosing to pick up their order at one of our iconic yellow storefronts or opt for delivery through major platforms in each market.

We are expanding across Singapore and looking for highly motivated, customer-centric Baristas to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with good music and a fun, young team, we encourage you to apply.

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve all products, including espresso-based and other drinks, giving individualized attention to each customer.
  • Take on shift duties and responsibilities for the cashier.
  • Maintain set standards of quality, service, product, and cleanliness at all times.
  • Work in accordance with manager's and boss' instructions.
  • Support with inventory management, ordering, and in-store operations.
  • Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.
  • Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions.
  • Rotate shifts to different outlets when rostered by Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Immediate starters are welcome.
  • Able to converse in English.
  • Previous experience in F&B, retail, hotel, service, barista, bartender, or airline industry is welcome.
  • No experience is necessary, especially if you love coffee.
  • Able to perform well during high-volume peak hours.
  • Agile, energetic, and a team player.
  • Charismatic and enthusiastic in meeting new people and forging client relationships.
