Job Title: Barista (Part-Time)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Part-Time Barista to join our team at Flash Coffee. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers, while maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and other specialty drinks
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store culture
  • Perform cash handling and other retail duties as required

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a minimum of 3 days per week
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
