Job Scope & Responsibilities:
- Lead the store team in delivering company targets and exceeding store’s KPIs, including sales increase, stock and wastage control, cash compliance and store safety and security procedures
- Drive brand standards compliance to ensure outstanding customer experience – providing unique Flash Coffee customer service, meeting standards, completing food & health and safety checks, and taking necessary remedial action or escalating as required
- Inspires others by being a dynamic brand ambassador dedicated to training and coaching their team and support them in delivering their roles effectively, including succession planning and support for other units /contracts
- Review store performance, analyse results, and suggest actions for improvement
- Report and escalate issues recognising urgency and importance, and ensuring operational continuity
Requirements:
- Coffee Lover
- Immediate starters would be a plus
- Minimum O Level / N Level /ITE
- Minimum 3 years of F&B managerial experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pace work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
