Flash Coffee is expanding across Singapore We are launching outlets island wide and we’re looking for highly motivated, customer centric Captain Barista to join & manage our stores

What You'll Do:

• Report to Assistant Area Manager (AAM) / Area Manager (AM)
• Act as the Store-in-Charge and supervise Baristas
• Ensure proper operation of stores (follow tasks and SOPs)
• Responsible for leading and motivating team
• Responsible for stock taking and inventory management/ordering
• Bring up store and team issues to AAM / AM
• Liaise with Marketing for promotions and collaterals
• Liaise with SC for inventory ordering
• Prepare and serve hot / cold beverages
• Represent company philosophy
• Give best customer experience

Who You Are:

• Min. 1 year experience as a manager / supervisor
• Attention to detail
• Customer service oriented, great communication skills
• Good command in English preferred
