Strategic Business Partner Internship

Description
Develop your skills as a strategic business partner at Procter & Gamble. This internship offers a chance to work on meaningful projects in Human Resources, leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, and work process improvements. You will be empowered with projects in Business Unit HR, Function HR, Product Supply HR, or Talent Practice, delivering leading-edge understanding in areas such as employee engagement, benefits and compensation, employee and labor relations, recruiting, training and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead 1 or more projects linked to your functional, organizational unit, or site strategic objectives.
- Deliver the expected output of these projects by the end of your internship period, and systematically attain the required resources to complete them.
- Execute any required research, information-gathering, logistics through the appropriate channels.

- You are a penultimate year student graduating between December 2025 to July 2026.
