Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee dormitory operations, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and warehouse operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Liaise with HQ and Site for dormitory-related matters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Attend to company requests and handle workers' problems in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular room inspections to maintain general upkeep and verify authorized residency.
  • Perform joint inspections for taking over non-renewal units and handing over new tenancy units.
  • Manage all administration-related matters in the dormitory, including inventory records and stock checks.
  • Organize storage areas to ensure accessibility and neatness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in dormitory management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Alert and possess good observational skills.
