Dorm supervisor

Job Duties Include: Overall in charge of the dormitory and property real estate's operations to ensure the smooth daily flow of processes. Organised and disciplined to achieve quality performance. Manage the onboardings/exits of tenants and dormitory residents and attend to their feedback. Record all vehicles in the car park movement and carry out enforcement. Carry out daily patrols, report defects, issue job orders, enforce rules, and maintain inventory. Maintain proper records of term contractors and attend to them. Able to work independently. Daily operations and inspection of defects and all related dormitory duties. Possess good writing skills and be an independent worker. Location: Pioneer/Kian Teck vicinity. Able to start immediately.
