Job Title

The Senior Site Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects at our client's shipyard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials used on site and ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies.
  • Work with QA teams to resolve quality control issues and maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to address any concerns or issues that arise during project execution.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to overcome technical challenges and ensure project completion within deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in engineering, marine offshore, or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in marine/shipyard operations involving structure fabrication and installation.
