We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international payroll regulations and experience with global payroll platforms.

The Role:

  • Manage day-to-day payroll processing across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local statutory and tax regulations.
  • Lead the administration of global payroll operations, collaborating closely with HR and finance teams.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional support to employees, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for a diverse range of countries, including APAC, EMEA, and Americas.
  • Ensure timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and other incentives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of end-to-end payroll experience in a global setting.
  • Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations and compliance.
  • Experience with ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, or similar global platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
