Make a Difference in Home Nursing

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on bedside care, conducting assessments, and developing personalized care plans.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medication, wound management, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Conducting home visits to assess patients' needs and provide education on self-care.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board and a clean disciplinary record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT systems.
  • The ability to work occasional shifts, including evenings and weekends.
