Responsibilities

  • Work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes and support them with activities such as light housekeeping (organizing, laundry, basic cleaning)
  • Assist with personal activities including dressing, medication management, and meals
  • Accompany clients to activities outside the home (e.g., grocery shopping, errands)

Eligibility Requirements

  • Previous Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience is a plus, but not required
  • Access to insured and reliable transportation
  • Dedication to professional development and training as required by state

Physical Qualifications

  • Ability to move or position up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to navigate client homes, including stairs
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
