Responsibilities Work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes and support them with activities such as light housekeeping (organizing, laundry, basic cleaning)Assist with personal activities including dressing, medication management, and meals Accompany clients to activities outside the home (e.g., grocery shopping, errands)Eligibility Requirements Previous Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience is a plus, but not required Access to insured and reliable transportation Dedication to professional development and training as required by state Physical Qualifications Ability to move or position up to 100 lbs Ability to navigate client homes, including stairs Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements.
