Job Opportunity:

This role involves leading the development of products and business strategies within the beauty and personal care industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion, project coordination, and effective documentation management.
  • Maintain accurate project trackers, databases, and production timelines while identifying risks and opportunities for growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and logistics management.
  • Establish and maintain regional partnerships with clients and suppliers, fostering strong relationships and driving business expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and proposal development, showcasing expertise in the beauty/personal care industry.
  • Represent the organization in meetings with prospects, partners, or clients, effectively communicating value propositions and solutions.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, project coordination, client services, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of the beauty/personal care industry is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin are essential for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking associates.
