Senior Governance Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Compliance Specialist. As a trusted advisor, you will oversee the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
This role drives due diligence for complex solutions, monitors transactional risks, and ensures ongoing compliance across private banking activities.
You will partner seamlessly with Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, Compliance and Internal Control functions, championing smart compliance technology to promote a culture of integrity across our HNW/UHNW business.
Responsibilities- Oversee the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Perform due diligence for complex solutions (e.g., structured products, family trusts) and monitor transactional risks.
- Drive regulatory reporting and ensure ongoing compliance across private banking activities.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, Compliance and Internal Control functions.
- Champion smart compliance technology and contribute to a culture of integrity across the HNW/UHNW business.
- Min 5 years of compliance experience in private banking/wealth management.
- Proven track record in end-to-end compliance oversight of at least 2 private banking product types.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Good understanding of private banking products, legal structures and compliance risk points.
- Exposure to product compliance assessments and advising on transaction structures.
