Job Description

The role of Senior Executive, HR Shared Services (Payroll) is a crucial position within our organization. The key responsibility of this role is to manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This includes collaborating with external vendors, processing payroll, CPF submission, and annual income tax filing.

In addition to payroll management, this role requires preparing general ledger journals and intercompany charges for Finance, responding to payroll-related queries from employees or authorities, managing employee insurance claims, and submitting local government claims. Ensuring employee documents are accurate and complete in the HR system is also a critical aspect of this role.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Min. Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field
  • Min. 3 years of HR experience including payroll management
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act, HR practices and payroll compliance
