Compounder Role Overview

As a Compounder, you will be responsible for executing various tasks with precision and accuracy. Your primary focus will be on compounding trials as requested by our Perfumers, Customer Service, and Evaluators.

  • Dosing all raw materials contained in the formula with high accuracy is essential to meet our quality standards.
  • You will use a tablet and barcode reader to update all raw material consumption and ensure traceability of every batch.
  • Maintaining accurate records of raw material movements using PINS (internal software) or SAP depending on the movement type is also crucial.

Requirements

  • A professional qualification in Chemistry or a related discipline is required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in a similar position in a Fragrance Industry is necessary.
  • Olfactory skills/knowledge is an asset.
  • Basic Skills in Excel are necessary.
  • Knowledge of SAP is required.
  • Accurate and speed capabilities in dosing are critical.
