Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Specialist

">About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform repair and maintenance works on various equipment, including lighting, power heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, refrigeration, fire protection, kitchen, laundry, and plumbing equipment.

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs.
  2. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management.
  3. Work effectively with contractors to ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
  4. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations at all times.
">Requirements:
  • NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
