The Client Servicing Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-profile clients, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the team to oversee the operational and strategic aspects of client investment journeys, establishing and maintaining relationships with CXO level clients, and developing innovative strategies to identify and prospect new clients.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for building long-term trust.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, especially MS Excel, and the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Experience in client servicing, preferably in boutique investment firms, asset management, or related industries.
