The Corporate Planning Office is looking for a strategic thinker to join their team.

  • As a corporate planner, you will be responsible for strategizing and planning short-to-medium term corporate strategies that align with the whole-of-agency direction.

This role involves conceptualizing, tracking, and reporting corporate KPIs to ensure long-term targets remain on track. You will also drive collaboration with Workforce Singapore (WSG) to strengthen the Jobs-Skills nexus with joint strategies, workstreams, and indicators.

Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Planning & Direction
  • Map out year-on-year priorities and drive collaboration with sister agencies to achieve common goals.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to achieve organizational objectives.
Performance Management & Reporting
  • Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards organizational goals.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
Information Synthesis & Communication
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform decision-making.
  • Develop clear and concise reports to communicate findings and recommendations.

We are seeking a professional with:

6+ years of experience in corporate planning, or relevant experience in a related field.

Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract, with opportunities for extension or permanent tenure.
