Job Title: Dining Venue Operations Manager
Our dining venue is seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation, maintaining high customer service standards, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage dining venue operations in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on operational matters and service consistency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of sales.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high customer service standards.
  • Liaise with tenants to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Assist in carrying out duties during periods of manpower shortage.
  • Collaborate with external parties to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Respond to customer queries and feedback.
  • Maintain safe management measures at all times.

Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to lead and develop staff.
  • Effective conflict resolution, time management, and organizational skills.
