Human Resources Generalist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as an HR Generalist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, processing payroll, handling employee work passes, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and assisting with recruitment activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly payroll and ensure timely tax clearance for employees.
  • Handle employee work pass applications and cancellations efficiently.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks or projects as required.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum Diploma in Human Resource or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
