Human Resource Generalist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resource Generalist, you will be responsible for performing various HR duties and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documents.
- Administer the Time Management System (TMS) and e-leave.
- Process payroll support in a timely manner.
- Support with Annual Wage & Promotion Review.
- Submit Government-paid maternity & Childcare leave, make-up claim, IR8A & IR21.
- Assist with interviews and on/off boarding of employees.
- Handle employee inquiries.
- Submit statutory surveys.
- Liaise with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for work pass related matters.
- Support with manpower Headcount report.
- Organize company events.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Candidate must be a Singaporean citizen.
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource/Business.
- At least 3 years related experience in a similar capacity.
- Mature and independent individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess a strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
- Good knowledge of local labor legislations and employment act.
- Bilingual with proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with InfoTech system and payroll.
Location: Ubi, near MRT station.
Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.15pm.
