Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and employment matters: Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records.
  • Work pass applications and renewals: Ensure timely submission of necessary documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Training and development: Source and register training courses, update training records, and monitor employee participation.
  • Benefits administration: Handle company insurance policies, foreign worker medical benefits, and other employee benefits.
  • Event planning: Organize company events, such as Chinese New Year and Christmas celebrations.
  • Other ad-hoc duties: Provide support to the HR team as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Childcare experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of taxation and grants management
  • Strong administration and payroll skills
  • Excellent time and resource management
  • Human resources and screening expertise
  • Sourcing and performance management skills
