Job Title

A dynamic and ambitious individual is required to lead our technical services division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of technical services, including project planning, review, and coordination. They will also be expected to provide guidance and support to existing and new hotels and resorts.

The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the technical services division, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee project planning, review, and coordination, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved throughout the process.
  • Provide guidance and support to existing and new hotels and resorts, ensuring that their technical needs are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs across the technical services division.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Possess a minimum Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Based in Singapore and willing to travel extensively.
  • Fluent communication in English and Mandarin, both written and oral.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Project.
