Job Role:

As a Senior Technical Service Manager, you will spearhead business growth by championing customer success and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough on-site trials to demonstrate the benefits of our solutions, addressing specific customer pain points and achieving successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted customer engagement strategies, including needs assessments, solution presentations, and technical consultations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical barriers that hinder customer adoption of our solutions, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting support.
  • Develop and implement customer-focused technical service programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Customer Success:
  • Build strong relationships with key customers by providing exceptional technical support and demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance and recommendations on the optimal application of our solutions.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance customer value and expand our market share within existing customer accounts.
Technical Expertise:
  • Provide expert technical assistance to sales teams on product dosage, application protocols, and point of addition to optimize customer success.
  • Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and training programs to internal and external stakeholders on product usage, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Generate high-quality technical data and documentation, including product specifications, application guides, and troubleshooting manuals, to support sales and marketing efforts.
Innovation & Improvement:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and unmet customer needs.
  • Identify and champion new product and service ideas, translating market insights into innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Product Management teams to provide valuable customer feedback and drive the development of new and improved products and services.
