Mobile Product Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Product Development Manager to lead our mobile team responsible for shipping direct customer touchpoints on one of our most impactful products. You will be responsible for shaping the product used by millions of customers.

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact on the development of our mobile product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the new mobile team and shape the product used by millions of customers.
  • Determine how our mobile engineers work within the Spend product for both iOS and Android.
  • Work in a collaborative, no-blame culture built on transparency, ownership, and trust.
  • Autonomy to build and scale the team as you see fit, and grow and incubate new products within the squad.
  • Grow and shape the careers of our talented mobile team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
  • A strong product mindset and passion for customer experience, prioritizing data-driven decisions to fix customer pain-points.
  • Strong technical skills in either iOS or Android development.
  • Great communication skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Pivot effectively when priorities change, re-prioritizing workflows to meet objectives.
  • Comfortable working in a globally distributed squad and driving projects across multiple teams and disciplines.
