Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Project Coordinator to join our team at NTU. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and ensure project continuity.
  • Track project data, including deliverable dates, project costs, and duration, for analytics purposes.
  • Manage grant calls, proposals, awards, account openings, and closures.
  • Compile progress reports and presentation materials for regular reporting to funding agencies.
Publicity and Events Management
  • Coordinate staff engagement events and other ad-hoc events.
  • Provide financial oversight for event budgets.
  • Update the website and LinkedIn pages, creating content on social media platforms.
  • Monitor online sentiments and manage digital media platform engagement.
  • SOURCE vendors and event locations for activities and events.
Other Responsibilities
  • Verify receipts related to purchases, claims, and reimbursements using internal systems.
  • Perform general office administrative support, managing supplies.
  • Assist with secondary administrative roles and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • Administrative management experience with working knowledge of project management and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Canva, and MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving, research, and analytical skills.
  • Multitasking and ability to work under pressure.
  • Independent work and teamwork capabilities.
