Roles & Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

  • Assist on execution of the project plan by tracking Project obligation and monitor project status
  • Assist with scheduling project tasks and keeping the project status up to date with accurate information.
  • Arrange and prepare document for delivery/shipment and Prepare for billing document.
  • Assist on purchasing of items and Coordination for overseas travel.

Marketing Coordination:

  • Ensure marketing inventory availability and working condition for exhibition.
  • Registering / Administration of LEOS products for marketing.
  • Proficient in handling product shipment for overseas market.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Keep track of project files and ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible.
  • Attend to relevant administration and documentation required for project startup, execution and closing.
  • Monitoring of configuration and service status of each delivered equipment.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Organize, attend, and taking minutes for project meetings
  • Experience on visitor management.
