Workforce Partnership Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Workforce Partnership Specialist. As a key member of our HR team, you will be working closely with divisions leaders to support the client's workforce initiatives.

Your primary responsibility will be to partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide practical solutions that align with organisational goals.

You will also contribute to organisational design projects and workforce planning initiatives, ensuring effective integration of human resource strategies across the organisation.

In addition, you will handle day-to-day employee queries and concerns, analyse workforce data to prepare insightful reports, and coordinate recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and address workforce challenges
  • Analyse data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Coordinate recruitment and talent management initiatives
  • Provide HR advisory services to support business growth and development

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Meticulous, resourceful and highly self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications and has good understanding of HR analytics
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
