Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and guidelines for MNR activities.
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to regional/local teams and vendors to ensure cost control and service quality.
  • Oversee global cost management initiatives and support improvement strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the team to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data regularly to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and report insights to management.
  • Conduct depot audits, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Support leadership in shaping strategic direction and contributing to organization-wide goals.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For:
  • Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in MNR operations and equipment flow management.
  • Proficiency in software and IT applications relevant to the role.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
