Key Business Role: Driving Commercial Strategy and Financial Leadership

The company is seeking an experienced Business Controller to partner with senior management, drive business performance, and deliver data-driven insights that shape the company's future.

This role is central to the business, not just finance — you'll be embedded in commercial decision-making and lead discussions with senior leadership, covering strategic financial leadership, commercial decision support, performance and profitability management, operational partnering, governance and risk management, and business transformation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Driving annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning that guide the company's growth trajectory.
  • Partnering with business unit heads to evaluate investments, market entries, and product launches, ensuring ROI is maximized.
  • Analyzing performance drivers, identifying margin improvement opportunities, and leading cost optimization initiatives without compromising growth.
  • Working closely with operations and supply chain to balance efficiency, working capital, and service levels.
  • Ensuring strong internal controls, compliance with accounting standards, and disciplined financial governance to support sustainable growth.
  • Contributing to digitalization initiatives, ERP enhancements, and process automation to improve the speed and accuracy of business insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in finance/accounting/economics; CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
  • At least 10 years in business controlling, FP&A, or finance leadership, ideally in FMCG/manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional leaders and influence commercial strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise, with ERP experience (SAP preferred).
