Airport Baggage Operations Supervisor

As an Air Hub Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing baggage handling operations across the airport. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely loading and unloading of baggage, as well as maintaining compliance with security requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and disseminate real-time flight and baggage information to ensure seamless operations.
- Allocate duties and deploy baggage staff and motorized equipment to maximize efficiency.
- Supervise baggage operations at Departure and Arrival areas, including proper container/trolley setup and baggage documentation.
- Handle interline and transfer baggage, including coordination for tight connection flights.
- Investigate and report baggage mishandling or irregularities.
- Liaise with internal teams for operational updates and maintain effective communication.
Requirements:
- Degree in any field (diploma accepted)
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing circumstances

- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of ground handling and airport operations
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and documentation skills
