Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the smooth operations of our Front Office functions, including Reception, Concierge, Communications, and the Club Lounge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall operation of Front Office functions, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Serve as the primary contact for guest issues and hotel emergencies in the absence of senior management.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional manner, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Promote sales by jointly conducting sales calls with the Sales Team to secure new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures for reception and cashiering operations.
  • Provide leadership and support to the team through guidance, training, and mentorship.
  • Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
  • Attend daily internal operations meetings and provide updates on guest preferences and feedback.
  • Stay abreast of market practices and recommend new processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Drive and promote Front Office goals and initiatives, such as upselling and Trip Advisor ranking.
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of hospitality experience.
  • Diploma in Hotel Management and/or Diploma in Tourism Studies preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of Opera system.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
  • Able to work on weekends/public holidays and 3 rotating shifts.
