Job Title: Construction Project Lead
Job Description:As a seasoned professional, we are seeking an exceptional Construction Project Lead to oversee the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be well-versed in construction management principles, and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
The Construction Project Lead will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, supervisors, foremen, and workers to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements. This includes ensuring site safety, managing resources effectively, and maintaining open communication with clients, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Civil Engineering Degree: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized by PEB
- Experience: At least 10 years of civil experience in various industrial and factory projects
- Accreditation: Accredited with APM or CPAS preferred
- BCA Registration: To be appointed as RP (Recognize Professional) or TC (Technical Controller) personnel for BCA registration
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, strong knowledge in project management, independent, organized, positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills
