Human Resources Manager

As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will play a vital role in leading and managing the Talent Acquisition function. Your primary objective will be to drive recruitment strategies that attract top talent and ensure timely, quality hires to meet the organization's manpower needs.
You will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment plans. Your expertise in talent attraction initiatives, including employer branding, sourcing strategies, and recruitment campaigns, will be instrumental in building strong candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you track, analyze, and report TA metrics to support data-driven hiring decisions. Additionally, you will work closely with other HR team members to ensure accurate and timely sharing of TA information, supporting HR operations, payroll, and consistent service delivery.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience in labor-intensive industries, including a minimum of 2 years in a Team Lead or supervisory role
- Proven track record in driving successful recruitment outcomes in labor-intensive industries
- Experienced in using Recruitment Management Systems (RMS), other recruitment tools or similar platforms
- Strong supervisory, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, resourceful, resilience, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices
