The Senior Programme Coordinator position is an excellent opportunity to work in dementia care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients.
This role involves planning, organizing, and leading programmes and activities for clients with dementia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Orient new clients to our programme
- Apply the Person-Centred Care approach concept
- Procure consumables and monitor equipment and supplies
- Carry out other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Possess at least GCE "A" Levels or higher qualifications
- Passionate about dementia care and working with people
- Hands-on with skills in baking, arts & crafts, flower arrangement, singing, dancing, etc.
- Gentle and patient
- Proficient in PowerPoint
- Able to lead a small team of staff
- Good oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Has prior working experience in dementia care
