- OtherThis role focuses on needs analysis and implementation of training programs to better meet the emerging care needs and capability development plans in Dementia Care and Mental Health.

**Key Accountability**
- Support the development of training courseware and resources that are aligned to the dementia care and mental health competency frameworks.
- Engage and work across divisions to develop the implementation plan for competency-based assessments for mental health training courses and lead training providers.
- Conduct landscape review of unmet capability needs and identify specialised training opportunities.
- Identify and partner potential service providers on the setup of Train-the-Trainer programs.
- Research on existing requirements of clinical supervision and conduct focus group discussions with service providers.
- Support the implementation of the Dementia Care and Mental Health Competency Framework for the care sector.
- Work with hospital-based Dementia care/Mental health teams and lead training providers on the adoption of the competency-based assessments in their training modules.
- Engage and work across AIC divisions on a standardised Dementia Care/Mental health training roadmap.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related discipline, with preference for Dementia care and training qualification.
- At least 3 years’ experience in healthcare or community care sectors.
- Prior experience in dementia care/ mental health or geriatric areas of work.
- Experience in capability development, programme implementation and/or programme management.
- Able to work well with groups from diverse backgrounds.
- Able to multi-task and possess strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
- A self-starter with strong learning ability, who is resilient, adaptable and able to manage change and ambiguity.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
