Job Title: Senior Technical Manager


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technical Manager to play a crucial role in driving successful Mechanical Services projects. As a Senior Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading tender processes, managing project lifecycles, providing technical expertise, and developing innovative solutions.


  • Lead tender processes: Prepare and submit mechanical services tenders, reviewing technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines.
  • Manage project lifecycle: Take charge of mechanical services tenders from initial stages through pre-contract and post-contract administration duties.
  • Provide technical expertise: Conduct detailed evaluations, ensure compliance with project requirements, and offer valuable insights during tender evaluations.
  • Develop innovative solutions: Suggest value engineering solutions for mechanical services, enhancing project efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational background: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services, with knowledge in Design & Build and ability to conduct engineering design and calculations.
  • Professional certification: Candidates registered as Professional Engineers with the PE Board are highly valued.
  • Relevant experience: 8-10 years of working experience in the Mechanical Services field, demonstrating growth and expertise.
  • Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of M&E works, Green Mark requirements, planning capabilities, and familiarity with authorities and statutory compliance.
