Job Title: Customer Service Manager - Global Supply Chain
Company OverviewWe are a global leader in the taste, scent, and nutrition industry, offering our customers a diverse range of natural solutions. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager - Global Supply Chain to join our team.
Salary & BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Manager - Global Supply Chain, you will be responsible for managing order management, customer information records, and SAP notifications. You will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely shipping and delivery of goods. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage order entry, provide order acknowledgments, and set up customer information records.
- Coordinate the creation or extension of new sales orders and invoices.
- Raise SAP notifications for customer complaints and issue debit and credit notes as needed.
- Arrange courier services for customer pre-shipment samples and input late order reasons for delayed deliveries.
- Quote ITPs for own use to affiliates and liaise with customers on order changes and requests.
