**Job Title:** Executive Chef Instructor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to join our team as an Executive Chef Instructor. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cooking classes that showcase your expertise and passion for cooking.
Culinary Responsibilities:
Manage, teach, and conduct cooking classes with patience and professionalism
Execute and supervise day-to-day operations of the kitchen
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen to provide a positive learning environment
Proactive and initiative in ensuring food costs are within allocated limits and seek improvements to reduce food waste
Be punctual and well-prepared with required ingredients and tools before the class begins
Demonstrate exceptional coaching abilities and offer essential help to students
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma/Degree Holder in relevant fields
WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) is an advantage
Competence in delivering cooking classes
Ability to devise recipes and maintain culinary standards
Relevant experience in area of specialization is a plus (E.g., Korean, Asian)
