Job Title: Cafe Assistant

Cafe Assistants play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outlets. They are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently handle cashiering and coffee making duties with attention to detail.
  • Maintain in-store displays and replenish products as required.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet at all times.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements:
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Understanding of food safety practices, preferably with a food hygiene course certificate.
  • Previous experience is an advantage.
  • Be a team worker and work collaboratively with other employees.
  • Have good communication skills and attitude towards customers and coworkers.
