Virtualization Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled Presales Engineer to provide technical support and solutions to drive growth and success for our virtualization products and services.
The role is responsible for understanding customer requirements, mapping them to appropriate virtualization solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with the sales team to develop tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding customer requirements and mapping them to appropriate virtualization solutions
- Conducting product demonstrations and proof of concepts to showcase the capabilities of our virtualization offerings
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and provide technical expertise
- Staying up-to-date with the latest virtualization technologies, trends, and industry developments
- Providing post-sales support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in a presales or technical sales role, preferably in the virtualization domain
- Excellent understanding of virtualization technologies, including VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft Hyper-V
- Strong technical skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, customer-friendly explanations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and address customer needs
