Job Title: Experienced Architectural Drafter

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced architectural drafter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing submission drawings and documentation to authorities, as well as creating detail construction drawings.

  • Prepare construction and working drawings, including tender documents.
  • Create detail construction drawings.
  • Organize and deliver architectural coordinated design, progress of work, variation orders, and certifications for assigned projects.
  • Design diagrams, maps, and layouts to illustrate workflows and create rough sketches for project team reviews.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD drafting tools.
  • Independence, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure with timely delivery.
  • Preparation of production drawings.
  • Conversion of drawings into program files.
  • Development and maintenance of CAD drawings.
  • Coordination with production supervisors for production schedules.
  • Handling of ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess:

  • Itecdiploma in building draftingengineering or equivalent certificate.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) is required.
  • Effective communication and coordination with supervisors and team members.
  • Minimum 2-year work experience in A&A worksinterior designrenovationfit-out works.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
  • Team player with good hands-on multi-tasking abilities.
  • Prompt reporting to superiors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to use Microsoft programsAutoCADother QS programs.
