Job Summary

As a quality assurance supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the quality assurance manager to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal quality systems. This supervisory position involves overseeing the quality assurance team and coordinating inspections, maintaining documentation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

About the Role

In this position, you will supervise and support quality assurance team members on the production floor, oversee in-process checks, batch record reviews, and product release procedures, and ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and other relevant standards.

  • Assist in audits (internal, third-party, and regulatory)
  • Support training and onboarding of quality assurance personnel
Requirements
  • Degree in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biology, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of quality assurance experience in pharmaceutical or supplement manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and quality systems
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, documentation skills, and communication
